We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced International Sales Manager to expand and strengthen our global presence in the agrochemical and pesticide sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new international markets, developing strong business relationships with distributors and dealers, and driving sustainable export sales growth. The role requires a professional who can effectively manage overseas clients, explore new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for order execution and customer support. The candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and manage a reliable international distribution network while achieving company sales targets and long-term business expansion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage international sales operations for agrochemical and pesticide products.
- Identify and expand new international markets and business opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong distributor and dealer network globally.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure sustainable revenue growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing, logistics, and customer support.
Must Have
- Proven experience in international sales, preferably in agrochemical or pesticide industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and field sales skills.
- Ability to develop and manage distributor/dealer networks.
- Good understanding of export processes and international markets.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented professional.
