We are in search of a highly motivated and detail-focused Sales / Logistics Coordinator who will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales operations. This position requires an individual who can effectively facilitate seamless communication and coordination among our sales, dispatch, and logistics teams. Responsibilities
- Coordinate between sales, dispatch, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage order processing, invoicing, and documentation accurately.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Maintain daily sales reports, dispatch records, and order tracking.
- Provide operational support to the sales team for efficient order execution.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, dispatch updates, and delivery schedules.
Must Have
- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Management
- Basic understanding of business operations or logistics preferred
- Strong academic background in accounts, economics, or supply chain (added advantage)
- 2–3 years experience in sales coordination or logistics role
- Exposure to ERP systems during education or internship
Nice to have
- Ability to manage customer and internal team coordination
- Basic understanding of order processing and logistics flow
- Working knowledge of ERP system (Odoo preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
