BINDASS
Technical Name : Paraquat dichloride 24% SL, Crops : Tea, Potato, Cotton, Rubber, Coffee, Rice , Category : Herbicide
BINDASS Recommendation :
1. Recommended for use in a variety of crops, including cotton, soybeans, maize, and sugarcane, as well as in non-crop areas.
2. Apply before the emergence of crops or at the early stages of weed growth for optimal effectiveness.
3. Can be applied as a foliar spray, ensuring thorough coverage of the target weeds.
4. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) during application to avoid exposure, as Paraquat is highly toxic.
Benefits of using BINDASS :
- An appropriate herbicide for the conservation and no-till agriculture (controls only the foil parts of the weed), thereby promoting intact roots and preventing soil erosion.
- It is used as post emergence directed application & pre-plant application in many crops.
- It damages cell membranes & cytoplasm during photosynthesis by producing superoxide.
- Within minutes of application it gains non washing properties.
