1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched.
- To cancel, please contact us via phone at +91-74193-74193 or email care@gpcgroup.in with your order number and details.
- Once the product has been dispatched or processed for shipment, cancellation is not possible.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only for eligible orders/components returned in accordance with this policy.
- If a return is required (for example, due to incorrect product, damage, or manufacturing defect), you must contact us first for approval.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [X business days – e.g., 7 working days] after approval. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
3. Non-Refundable Items/Conditions
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Products that have been used or altered in a manner inconsistent with the usage instructions.
- Items returned without prior approval from us.
- Products that are perishable or time-sensitive (e.g., items with expiry or shelf-life limitations) unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Shipping / handling charges (if applicable) unless explicitly confirmed by us.
- Any orders cancelled after dispatch.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you’ve been approved for a refund but have not received it yet:
- Please check your bank account or payment method again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If after doing the above you still have not received your refund, please contact us at care@gpcgroup.in or call +91-74193-74193 and provide your order number and refund approval details.
5. Modification of Policy
We reserve the right to modify or revise this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. If we make significant changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and notify you via our website and/or email.
